Hawks performance at Minor League Baseball Game on 7/30

All students must wear their VHS Marching Band Shirt and shorts. If new
and attending late registration, students should wear a dark green shirt.
The Band will walk to Space Coast Stadium after camp end on 7/30.
- We will perform the National Anthem before the game starts.
- After the performance, students will leave their instruments in the outfield
berm area and head into the stadium to watch the game. WW's bring cases!
Student should bring money for dinner in the stadium.
- We will leave the stadium as a group at 9:45pm in time for parent pick-up at
10:00pm at VHS.
- Students can walk back to VHS with chaperones immediately after the
performance if they must leave early.
- Parents are welcome to attend the game, but must pay regular admission.
Parents attending may leave early with their child (please provide the directors
with a note/email in advance)
- PLEASE - help us provide a safe environment for the students by not picking up
students at Space Coast Stadium unless you are physically entering the stadium.
All pick-ups should be done at VHS at 10:00pm, or immediately after our
performance (time ~7:15pm).

August 6th - Islands of Adventure! 7:45am - 8pm - Must sign-up at
registration
All Upperclassmen will register for VHS on August 3rd
between 5pm - 8pm. No band students will be allowed to register prior to
5pm. There is no advantage to registration in the morning (in fact, the
lines are shorter in the evening). Typically the school requests that
sophomore band students register at 5pm. Junior/Seniors should grab a bite
to eat and register after 6pm.
